His name is Tedrick Washington. Former Division I basketball player. Passenger in the backseat of a car he wasn’t driving.
He had his hands up.
An Arkansas police officer punched him in the face twice. Then the police report said the officer felt threatened because Tedrick “postured himself as if he was going to strike him.”
That’s not what’s in the video. In the video, his hands are up.
