I agree with you. There must be a higher court to hear the appeal— and understand that the injured parties do have standing. That ruling is basically not following the law.
Didn't you know? If you can't see it with the naked eye, it doesn't exist. So mental health isn't an actual injury. ;) I've been told psych isn't a science for the same reason.

Not having that plaque in a place it was meant to be seen not only dishonors these brave and courageous officer but hides the truth of this dark place in history. The public needs to see and remember DAILY who are the heroes and who are the villains, the same arch-enemies who continue their villainy to this present day. Jan. 6 laid the cornerstone for stolen valor that continues to plague our democracy.
