Harry, I grew up with police officers. My uncle was in the L.A. sheriff department, before he went into the D.A.office. I grew up all around the police. Did ride alongs with them. I have brother in law and nephews who were cops. Some, not all supported Trump even after Jan.6th. I was totally disgusted and I don’t speak to a lot of them. My father fought in Germany in WWII and would be spinning in his grave to what Trump and his MAGA cult has done to this country. The president made many statements on National TV encouraging his supporters to follow through with SURPRISE PLANS for January 6th. Are Police Officers FORGETTING how Trump enouraged the J6 Riots, Destruction, with Police Officers out numbered & HARMED ? ? ?
The police basically have one purpose. That’s to protect the rich from the poor. Anytime the poor benefit it’s a byproduct. Outside of that though, he’s right. I’m shocked the NYPD wouldn’t stand by police officers in DC. The FOP, however, deservedly have the reputation of being the political wing of the KKK.
